LEGO Mario Tech Adventure

All new projects for Summer 2026

Join Mario, Bowser, and friends for a week of exciting LEGO and tech adventures!  Students become engineers as they build projects that move, walk, and race including a Mario kart, playful Yoshi, King Bowser, a spinning Power Star, and the mischievous Boo!  Using motors, gears, cams, and wheels and axles, campers don’t just follow instructions—they discover how real machines work through hands-on play.  Children learn core mechanical concepts like motion, speed, torque, and cause-and-effect by experimenting with gears, motors, and moving parts—skills that form the foundation of engineering.

 

In the afternoon, campers learn programming basics as we work together to create instructions to complete digital adventures for Mario and friends!  Students use directional arrows (up, down, left, right) and action blocks to code characters through mazes, puzzles, and challenges.  As students plan routes, predict outcomes, and debug their code, they naturally build logic, sequencing, and critical-thinking skills.

Camp also features outdoor recess times, teacher-led games, and LEGO Engineering related videos.

Be sure to bring your own lunch, snacks and a beverage everyday.​
