LEGO Camp
Featuring Motorized LEGO Projects
Ages 6-9
9 am - 3:30 pm
Spend a week creating LEGO masterpieces! We'll begin each morning designing motor-powered projects such as Star Wars spacecraft, Mario Kart racers, exotic animals, Superheroes and more! These projects will give you experience with how to use LEGO Technic electric components, gears, and wheel-and-axle systems.
In the afternoon, you will explore robotics and work on LEGO challenges to build your engineering and problem-solving skills. Robotics projects include a working elevator, amusement park ride, and a horse which you program to move through block coding and the use of LEGO WeDo sensors.
Camp also features outdoor recess times, teacher-led games, and LEGO engineering videos.
Be sure to bring your own lunch, snacks and beverage.
