Movie-Making
with 3D Characters and Virtual Worlds

Create your own computer-generated movie using real-time, 3D virtual environment software. You select animated 3D characters, textures and scenery, then control actions, camera views, and dialogue to design your own movie within this 3D world. It’s an increasingly popular method of creating 3D movies called machinima. Work with 3D views, timelines, lighting, and special effect generators.

Students take home a CD with their computer movie.

Note that 3D Movie-Making is a half-day class. If you wish to take this class as part of an all-day camp, please sign up for the camp entitled NXT Robotics/3d Movie-Making.
